Refund Policy

Our refund policy ensures that you have a hassle-free experience when shopping with us. Please take note of the following conditions:

Delivery Reason

- Please ensure that your address and contact information are valid and not temporary (less than one month). If the delivery fails due to an invalid or temporary address, we will charge a shipping fee of $4.00 from the refund.

Product Reason

- If you receive items within 14 days and they are unopened or in good condition with the original packaging, you may be eligible for a return or refund.

- Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds if the color is not what you expected or if the parameters you ordered are not suitable for your eyes. We recommend placing orders based on lens pictures rather than model looks.

- Returned items must not be opened, damaged, or altered in any way. We do not accept items that are sent back without prior communication with us.

- You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

- Our after-sale warranty is valid for 14 days upon receiving the parcel, as per the logistic information.

- Freebies cannot be exchanged or refunded.

- Unopened items can be returned if you have a change of opinion, but the customer is responsible for the shipping charges. Please contact us at miqapaye@gmail.com for further assistance.

- Natural products can be returned if unopened, but we do not accept returns for opened items in this category.

Product Quality Problems

- If you encounter any product quality problems such as breakage, incompleteness, or shrinkage, please contact us immediately and provide a clear picture of the defective item. We will inspect it and arrange for a replacement if necessary. After the after-sales time period has expired, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

- Please do not dispose of the lens and lens packages until your problem is resolved.

Return/Refund Process

1. Please send an email to miqapaye@gmail.com with the details of your order, including your name, order number, and reason for return/refund. Do not return the lenses to the address on the package.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring that it is in good condition and unopened.

3. Drop off your package at your chosen carrier and provide us with the tracking number and website for tracking the logistic information.

4. Once we receive your return package and confirm its condition, we will process the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.

Shipping Policy

Here are some important details about our shipping process:

- All orders are handled and shipped from our office in Calexico, CA.

- Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, with additional time during holidays and sales seasons.

- Orders placed between Monday and Friday will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped the next day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.

- Delivery within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 15-30 business days, depending on the location.

- Please note that you may be charged customs duties and taxes once your order reaches its final destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay.

- The prices displayed on our site are in US dollars and are tax-free.
