Return/Refund Conditions
Delivery Reason
If your delivery fails due to an invalid or temporary address, we will charge a shipping fee of $4.00 from the refund. Please ensure that your address and contact information are accurate and valid before placing your order.
Product Reason
1. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds if the color of the lenses is not what you expected or if the parameters you ordered are not suitable for your eyes. We recommend placing your order based on lens pictures rather than model looks.
3. Returned items must be unopened and in good condition with the original packaging. We cannot accept returned items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
4. Please contact us before directly sending back any items. We do not accept returns that are sent back without prior communication.
5. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Our after-sale warranty is valid for 14 days upon receiving the parcel, as per the logistic information.
7. Freebies cannot be exchanged or refunded.

9. Natural products can be returned without any problem, as long as they are unopened. We do not accept returns for opened natural products.
Product Quality Problems
If you encounter any product quality problems such as breakage, incompleteness, or shrinkage, please contact us immediately and provide a clear picture of the defective item. We will inspect it and arrange for a replacement if necessary. Please note that after the after-sales time period has expired, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Please refrain from discarding the lenses and packaging until your problem is resolved.
Return/Refund Process
1. Please send an email to miqapaye@gmail.com with the details of your order, including your name, order number, and reason for return or refund. Do not return the lenses to the address on the package, as we are unable to receive them at that location.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging. Returns are only allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is unopened.
3. Drop off your package at your chosen carrier and provide us with the tracking number and website for tracking the logistics information.
4. Once we receive your return package, we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. We will then process the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.

Shipping Policy
When will my order be processed? All orders are handled and shipped from our office in Calexico, CA. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order? Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After that, it will take 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States and 15-30 business days for international orders, depending on the location.
